Account and data controls
Delete your Bilig account
This page is for Bilig: Travel & Event Planner by Mudos Digital, including the Android app app.bilig.android, iOS app and bilig.app account.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data without having Bilig installed or signing in here.
Request deletion by email
Email an account deletion request
Send your request to [email protected]with the subject “Bilig account and data deletion request”. Include the email address used for your Bilig account and, if known, your sign-in method. If the button does not open an email app, use the address above.
Send the request from your account email when possible. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or identity documents.
Delete from the Android app
- Open Bilig and go to Profile.
- Open My account to see Account & Premium.
- Choose Delete account, review the confirmation and confirm deletion.
You must be signed in. If you cannot access your account, use the email request above.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you have a subscription, manage it separately in Google Play subscriptionsor your Apple subscription settings. Deleting the Bilig account does not cancel a store subscription.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your sign-in account and profile, linked login and consent records, signup-claim record, synchronized private trips and related travel records, and your public trip publications from Bilig's active account database. The Android in-app deletion flow also clears its local Bilig account and planning data and withdraws optional analytics consent.
An email request cannot remotely erase offline data on a device that is no longer connected. Clear Bilig's app data or uninstall it to remove remaining local data. A separate request to delete selected data while keeping your account can also be sent to the same support address; specify which data you mean.
Records with separate retention
Backups, operational security logs, support correspondence and provider-held analytics or store records may have separate retention. Active account deletion does not instantly remove every backup or provider event. Limited records may need to remain for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations. We will explain any necessary account-data retention when handling your request; contact us for help with provider-held data.
Public copies already saved by others or cached by search engines can remain outside Bilig's control. See the Privacy Policy and Privacy Choicesfor more information.
