Stay: Visa-free tourism entry for an initial stay of up to 30 days
Conditions: Thai ordinary-passport holders may enter the Philippines without a visa for an initial tourism stay of up to 30 days under Executive Order No. 408. The traveller must hold a passport meeting the published validity requirement and a return ticket to Thailand or an onward ticket to the next destination. The exemption does not guarantee admission, does not authorise employment or residence, and does not replace any separate permission required for a longer stay or another purpose. Philippine immigration authorities make the final admission and authorised-stay decision.
