Selected passportStay: Bilateral visa-free ordinary-passport visit up to 30 days; Russia's unified eVisa is not required within the exemption
Conditions: Thai ordinary-passport holders may enter the Russian Federation without a visa for a stay of up to 30 days under the bilateral ordinary-passport arrangement. Russia's unified electronic visa is therefore not required for a Thai traveller who remains within the purpose and duration of this exemption; its separate 120-day product validity and 30-day stay rules must not be projected onto the visa-free channel. The exemption does not authorise employment, study or residence. Travellers must satisfy border admission requirements and comply with any migration-registration duty applicable to their accommodation and itinerary, while any longer stay requires the appropriate Russian permission.
