Stay: Visa-free tourism stay: up to 90 days; a visa is required for a longer stay
Conditions: United States ordinary-passport holders do not require a Haitian tourist visa for a stay of 90 days or less; a visa is required for a stay beyond 90 days. The passport must remain valid for at least six months from arrival and have space for the entry stamp. Foreign-passport visitors must also pay Haiti's published tourist fee at the airport, and final admission remains subject to Haitian immigration control.
