Stay: Tourism visa on arrival at Dhaka: immigration generally grants 15 to 30 days, normally non-extendable

Conditions: A People's Republic of China ordinary-passport holder may apply for a tourism visa on arrival at Dhaka International Airport. The traveller must provide an invitation letter, return or onward ticket and hotel reservation, and the passport must normally have at least 6 months' validity. The immigration officer generally grants between 15 and 30 days; the permission is generally not extendable, does not permit remunerated business activity and remains subject to the officer's decision. A visa may instead be obtained from a Bangladeshi mission before travel.
