Conditions: A People's Republic of China ordinary-passport holder may obtain a free tourist visa on arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport and other designated Nepalese entry points. The traveller chooses an authorised stay of 15, 30 or 90 days, so 90 days is the maximum published arrival product rather than an automatic stay for every visitor. The application form may be completed online before departure to speed processing, but the saved form is not itself an entry permission. Work, study, business and family-related residence require their own post-arrival or destination-specific procedures, and the traveller should verify that an entry stamp was placed in the passport.
