Conditions: A full British citizen passport holder must obtain an Ethiopian visa for tourism and may apply through the official eVisa platform before travel. Ethiopia offers single-entry tourist eVisas with either a 30-day or 90-day maximum duration, counted from the intended entry date selected in the application. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from intended entry, normal processing is published as 3 days, and the tourist permission does not authorise employment, including voluntary work. Any extension must be approved before the visa expires.
