Stay: Visa-free visitor stay for up to 90 days; electronic arrival and health declarations remain required

Conditions: A full British citizen passport holder may enter Brunei as a visitor without a visa for up to 90 days. The passport must expire at least six months after arrival, remain undamaged and contain the necessary pages, and the traveller should ensure that immigration stamps the passport. An electronic arrival declaration must be submitted before travel and the separate health declaration must also be completed as required; neither form is a visa. The exemption covers an eligible visit only, while work, study, longer residence or another purpose requires the appropriate Bruneian permission.
