Ordinary Passport
Selected passportStay: Current temporary visa-free tourism scheme: up to 60 days; verify near departure because an approved revision awaits its formal effective process
Conditions: British passport holders are currently permitted to enter Thailand without a visa for up to 60 days. The Royal Thai Embassy describes this 60-day scheme as temporary and subject to change without notice. Thailand's Cabinet approved a revision on 19 May 2026, but the Thai Department of Consular Affairs states that the revised measures take effect only after the required Ministry of Interior announcements are published in the Royal Gazette and the stated commencement period has elapsed; travellers should recheck the effective rule close to departure. A Thailand Digital Arrival Card must be submitted within 3 days before each entry, and admission remains a border decision.
