Conditions: A full British citizen passport holder may visit Colombia for tourism without a visa for up to 90 days, subject to the Colombian immigration officer's decision on arrival. The traveller must be able to show a return or onward ticket within that initial period and should ensure the passport is stamped. An in-country extension may be available, but the initial visa-free permission remains 90 days and total visitor presence cannot exceed 180 days in any 12-month period. The optional Check-Mig form does not replace immigration examination, and travel to San Andres, Providencia or Santa Catalina normally requires a separate tourist card.
