Conditions: A full British citizen passport holder may visit Argentina without a visa for tourism for up to 90 days. The passport must remain valid for the proposed stay, and Argentine immigration authorities determine admission and the period authorised. Argentina no longer routinely stamps passports on entry, so a traveller who needs proof should obtain it from the Argentine Migration Office. A further 90-day extension may be requested before the current permission ends, but it is a separate immigration decision and must not be represented as part of the initial visa-free grant. Work, study and other purposes require the appropriate authorisation.
