Conditions: A full British citizen ordinary-passport holder may visit Slovenia without a visa for tourism for up to 90 days in any rolling 180-day period. This is the shared Schengen allowance: qualifying visits to other participating countries during the preceding 180 days count toward the same ceiling and entry into Slovenia does not create a new period. The passport must have been issued less than ten years before arrival and expire at least three months after the planned Schengen departure. Border control may request onward travel and sufficient funds, and a visitor staying outside registered accommodation must ensure the required police registration within three days. EES biometric registration is a border process rather than an eVisa; longer stays, work or residence require separate Slovenian permission.
