Stay: Tourist visa on arrival: up to 60 days, subject to immigration admission and the period granted

Conditions: A full British citizen passport holder is listed by the Mauritius Passport and Immigration Office for a 60-day visa on arrival. The traveller must hold a recognised passport valid beyond the intended stay, a confirmed return or onward ticket, sufficient funds and confirmed accommodation or sponsorship, and must remain eligible to re-enter the country of origin or residence. The tourist permission does not authorise paid work, and the immigration officer retains the final decision on admission and the period actually granted.
