Ordinary Passport
Selected passportStay: Visa-free tourism for up to 30 days; local registration is required within three days of arrival
Conditions: A full British citizen ordinary-passport holder may visit Uzbekistan without a visa for tourism for up to 30 days. The passport must expire at least three months after arrival, and the traveller should obtain an entry stamp because border guards use it to check the permitted period on departure. The traveller must register with the local OVIR within three days of arrival and register again after moving to another city for more than three days; hotels normally complete registration for guests, while private hosts or campers must use the applicable local or electronic process. Registration and tourist-tax formalities do not extend the 30-day exemption. Another purpose or a longer stay requires the appropriate visa, and overstaying may lead to a fine or deportation.
