Conditions: A Republic of Korea ordinary-passport holder does not need a visa for a tourist visit to Germany of up to 90 days in any rolling 180-day period. Days used in other Schengen states count toward that shared short-stay allowance, and visa-free entry does not itself authorise employment. Germany's Federal Foreign Office separately explains that the bilateral Germany-Korea arrangement can permit a further Germany-only stay after a completed Schengen stay, but that national-law route is not represented here as an automatic 180-day tourism grant. The passport must remain valid for at least three months after the intended departure, and border authorities retain final admission discretion.
