Stay: Visa-free tourism under Executive Order 408: initial stay up to 30 days
Conditions: Australian ordinary-passport holders travelling to the Philippines for tourism may enter without a visa for an initial stay not exceeding 30 days under Executive Order 408. They must hold a valid return ticket to their port of origin or an onward ticket to the next destination and a passport normally valid for at least 6 months beyond the contemplated stay. Admission and any shorter permission remain decisions of Philippine immigration officers. A traveller seeking a longer initial stay or a purpose outside the exemption must obtain the appropriate permission.
