Ordinary Passport
Selected passportStay: Visa-free tourism for up to 90 days; the Peruvian migration authority determines the actual authorised stay
Conditions: Canadian ordinary-passport holders do not require a tourist visa to enter Peru. Peru's official ordinary-passport visa-requirement matrix assigns Canadian tourists a maximum stay of 90 days, while the Canada-specific consular guidance requires the regular Canadian passport to have at least six months of validity on entry. The immigration authority determines the actual authorised period at the border, so 90 days is a ceiling rather than an automatic permission. This exemption covers tourism and similar recreational visits only; business, work, residence or another purpose may require a different immigration status or visa.
