Ordinary Passport
Selected passportStay: Visa-free Spain and Schengen tourism up to 90 days in any 180-day period across the whole area
Conditions: A Canadian ordinary-passport holder may visit Spain without a visa for tourism for up to 90 days in any rolling 180-day period. The allowance is shared and cumulative across all Schengen countries, not a new 90-day Spanish period. The passport must satisfy the Schengen validity requirements, and customs officials may ask for a return or onward ticket and evidence of sufficient funds for the trip. The exemption does not permit employment or residence and does not guarantee admission. ETIAS applications are not yet open, so the future travel authorisation must not currently be modelled as a required eVisa or as extra authorised stay.
