Ordinary Passport
Selected passportStay: Visa-free visit to Hong Kong for up to 90 days; actual admission remains subject to immigration control
Conditions: Canadian ordinary-passport holders may visit the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region without a visa for a stay not exceeding 90 days. This rule covers a genuine short visit such as tourism and does not itself permit employment, study, establishment of a business or residence. Travellers must satisfy the Immigration Department that they hold an adequate travel document, can support the visit and have onward or return arrangements when requested. The published 90-day period is a maximum visa-free visit allowance; an immigration officer makes the final admission decision and may grant a shorter stay.
