Conditions: Swiss citizens may enter Malta without a visa under the Switzerland–EU free-movement framework. Malta's official Identità guidance groups Swiss nationals with EU and EEA nationals and states that they may remain for up to three months without residence registration. That three-month point is a residence-registration threshold, not a hard maximum visa-authorised stay, so it is intentionally not stored as max_stay_days. A stay beyond the threshold requires the applicable eResidence registration and continued compliance with Malta's free-movement residence conditions; work, study and other regulated activities may carry separate formalities.
